How to Make a Deposit in BRL?
You must have verified your email address to deposit BRL into your account, and you can use PIX, MuchBetter, or VCreditos to process the payment. We explain how to use each of the three methods below.
Supported Payment Methods & Troubleshooting
To add your official currency (BRL) to your account, decide whether to use PIX, MuchBetter, or VCreditos and follow the steps listed in each section below to complete the transaction:
PIX
Select PIX as your chosen processing method.
Use your CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry #) as the PIX Key.
Decide how much to deposit and click on “Set Amount.”
Complete the transaction by scanning the QR code or by copying and pasting your PIX code.
You have 3 hours to complete a transaction via PIX.

MuchBetter
Select MuchBetter as your chosen processing method.
Use the phone number you used to register with MuchBetter and check that your name matches your MuchBetter account. If your name at Stake.com is different to the name on your MuchBetter account, you cannot complete the transaction. Contact customer support if this is the case.
Decide how much to deposit and enter the amount alongside your phone number to complete the transaction.
VCreditos
Select VCreditos as your chosen processing method.
Enter your VCreditos User ID and your Secure ID.
Decide how much to deposit and enter it into the space provided.
Complete the transaction.
No matter the method you choose, the funds should show in your account within 75 minutes. If the transaction fails and the funds are taken from your account, they will reappear within 7 days. Contact our customer support team for more information.
How to Withdraw Brazilian Reais?
When accessing your winnings, you can withdraw funds in BRL via the same 3 methods above.
You also must have completed Level 2 document verification. You must have uploaded photographs of the following:
International Passport
National Identity Card RG – both sides – issued within the last 10 years
Driver’s license CNH – both sides
Note that you need to use the same method you used to process your BRL deposit in the first instance. Here are the steps to follow for each method:
PIX
Select PIX as your chosen withdrawal method.
Fill in the amount you wish to withdraw when directed to the third-party processing platform, and make sure BRL is the currency shown.
Enter your CPF and PIX Key when prompted.
Complete the transaction. The funds should be available instantly, but they may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
MuchBetter
Select MuchBetter as your chosen withdrawal method.
Enter the withdrawal amount and your phone number. Your phone number must be the same on Stake.com and MuchBetter.
Complete the transaction. The funds should be available instantly but may take up to 24 hours to show in your account.
VCreditos
Select VCreditos as your chosen withdrawal method.
Enter the withdrawal amount and your VCreditos User ID.
The maximum BRL withdrawal amount supported via this method is $4,000 BRL.
Complete the transaction. The funds should be available instantly but may take up to 24 hours to show.
